Friends of ScoutingOverview
Friends of Scouting is the financial support program for local Scouting programs. It consists of the Family Campaign, LDS Campaign, District Leadership Campaign and Community Campaign. The current cost per Scout is $165 per year to cover the cost of summer camps, Scout staff and the Council office. All District and Unit personnel are volunteers. The Family Campaign consists of presentations at unit Courts of Honor and Blue and Gold Dinners from December to March followed by distribution of pledge cards. Your unit will be contacted to schedule its presentation.
